Flannel Friday is Celebrating Picture Book Month!

This November, Flannel Friday is celebrating Picture Book Month!

Submit your favorite flannelized books and stories to the Flannel Friday Tumblr all month long. Feel free to submit both new creations and flannels you've formerly shared! Submissions will be rounded up and shared with all at the end of the month.

Anyone can participate! You do not need to have a Tumblr account or a blog to share your ideas. For additional assistance, please see the Infographic Instructions for Posting to the Flannel Friday Tumblr or reach out to a Fairy Godmother.

Happy crafting!

2019 Summer Reading Round Up

The 2019 Flannel Friday Summer Reading Round Up is here!

Whether you’re celebrating summer with A Universe of Stories or having fun in the sun another way, submit ALL of your fantastic summer reading flannels to the Flannel Friday Tumblr from now until May 10th.

Please use the hashtag #FFSummerReading19 with your submission. Posts will be collected, pinned to a special Summer Reading Pinterest Board, and shared with the Facebook Group in Mid-May!

Anyone can participate! You do not need to have a Tumblr Account to submit your ideas. To get started, please see the Infographic Instructions for Posting to the Flannel Friday Tumblr.

Look for us on Tumblr!

As of early 2018, we have switched to a Tumblr based method of Flannel Friday participation.

You do not have to have a Tumblr account to submit your ideas!

To get started, please see the Infographic Instructions for Posting to the Flannel Friday Tumblr.

This week, our host is Jennifer at Adventures in Storytime. To participate, look for the round-up placeholder post that will appear on Jennifer's blog and on the Flannel Friday Facebook page by 10 pm Eastern time on Thursday. Simply comment on her placeholder post with a link to your Flannel Friday post. Make sure your post is up and a comment with your link appears on Jennifer's blog before 10 pm Eastern time on FRIDAY!

Additionally, you can tweet a link to your post using the #flannelstorytime hashtag. This is a great way to promote Flannel Friday and your blog on Twitter.

Our goal is to make participation simple, enjoyable, and accessible for everyone -- thank you!

Where in the world are you?
We want to include you in our map! Please fill out the survey and we'll add you. You can read more about it on the So Tomorrow Blog . You do not need to list your city. If no city is given, we will place you in the capital of your state or country, as appropriate. You can see the results here.
